PRD Infotech Pvt Ltd ("we", "our", or "us") operates the eAttendance Employee mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.

Important Note: eAttendance Employee is a B2B (Business-to-Business) application. User accounts are created and managed by your company administrator. You cannot create your own account independently.

- Unique device identifiers

If enabled by your company's policy, we may collect real-time location data when you mark check-in or check-out. This feature can be configured by your company administrator and may be required for certain work policies.

- Note that disabling location may prevent you from marking attendance if required by your company

7. Children's Privacy
The eAttendance Employee App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The App is designed exclusively for company employees who must be of legal working age.

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have different data protection laws. When we transfer your data internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
