Order Management System for Jewellery Businesses
PRD Karigar is a jewellery order management application designed exclusively for jewellery shop owners, their staff, and karigars (artisans). The app enables businesses to create, track, and manage orders, repairs, receipts, and deliveries efficiently.
This application is developed and maintained by PRD Infotech Pvt. Ltd.
PRD Karigar does not collect, store, or share any personal data with third parties. All data entered in the app (orders, customer details, images, etc.) is stored on the company's own private server and is accessible only to the business and its authorised users.
User accounts (username and password) are created and provided by the jewellery business owner or PRD Infotech. The business owner can independently create usernames and passwords for their employees (staff, karigars) through the app's admin panel. PRD Infotech does not have access to user passwords.
No data is sent to or shared with any external service, analytics platform, or third party. The app communicates solely with the business's dedicated server for order management operations.
The app requests camera and microphone permissions solely for capturing order-related photos, videos, and voice notes. These media files are uploaded only to the business's private server and are not shared elsewhere.
All order data, customer information, and media files are stored on the business's private server infrastructure. Login credentials are stored securely on the device using encrypted storage.
Business owners can delete orders, customer records, and user accounts through the app. For complete data deletion requests, please contact PRD Infotech directly.
